Rustic Chalets

Our rustic chalets are there for those of you who like to travel light. But you appreciate a bed. And a maybe a roof over your head.

We have two chalets in a private setting overlooking the hills to give our guests a taste of the rural simplicity that we enjoy in this part of the country.

Our two units are called Sqwatta and Lykview. Both chalets have twin beds and an excellent view of nature.

Sqwatta as the name implies, gives you a taste of informal bare-bones simplicity with a comfy bed.

Lykview overlooks the historical graveyard, and offers an equally rural vibe.

Both chalets are built from basic corrugated iron with a sliding door opening onto the rugged hillsides for an uninterrupted view. The shared ablution block has a couple of toilets and showers for your convenience.

Come and discover this insanely beautiful, rugged environment. And don't worry, the Madwaleni bar is there if you need a cold beer or a refreshment, and the pool is on hand to help cool you down.
